Bob Bendorf is not only a master builder of card model aircraft in the reduced scale of 1:120, but it turns out that he's an accomplished designer as well. Bob cites the lack of a commercial card model of the 707 as his "excuse" for designing this exquisite version of the type. Bob says:

"I've always thought that the Boeing 707 was one of the most beautiful, clean-lined jets ever built. I could not find any model in paper anywhere, so I designed and built my own paper kit. This is my first finished beta build at 1:120 scale, of course, as are all of my planes."

In your editor's humble opinion, maybe we need to have fewer commercial airplane kits. Then Bob will design more, and we will be the richer for it. As to general availability of the 707, that's for Bob to decide.
