This model was supplied by DeWayne Barnett, who distributes all of sgr. Prudenziati's models. It was sent as a download. The model consists of 1 page of 150+ parts, and one page of diagrams detailing construction and placement. I printed it out on 67# Exact Index Bristol Cover stock with my Canon BJC-6000.

I started out by cutting out my main body pieces and re-enforcing them with scrap pieces of wood for strength and support for keeping the structure square and untwisted.

Glued my main pieces together, and put them in a jig (couple of pieces of marble tile) to keep them square while drying. Before adding the roofs, I put in pieces of acetate for the window openings that I had cut out.

The next two pictures show the completed body of the car.

Now it was on to the undercarriage. Added the I-Beam supports.

Next it was on to assembling the wheels/trucks, and gluing them in place. Amazing amount of detail when all the parts are glued up.

From this point on, it was just a matter of adding all the small bits (and I do mean small) that bring the whole model to life. Probably half the number of parts in the kit, go into detailing the outside of the car. The end results in my opinion, is a model that is unique and a real eye catcher. I airbrushed the model with several coats of "Future" to seal the colors, and for a semi-gloss look.

Not sure yet on how I will display the model. Will probably use a section of HO scale track mounted on some ground cover.

This is a wonderful jewel of a model that I really enjoyed working on, and if you're into unique subject matter, you'll like and want the CD.
